To secure a booking after confirmation, a deposit of A$180 is required.
Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to the first date booked will be entitled to a full refund of your deposit, less a 10% booking fee on the total amount due.
Cancellations notified 30 days or less, and more than 14 days prior to the first date booked will forfeit the full deposit.
Cancellations 14 days or less prior to the first date booked will forfeit all moneys paid.
We regret that we do not refund for any accommodation that is vacated prematurely.
